Shipping policy

Narvexa-fr ships to Metropolitan France only, including Corsica. We do not currently deliver to overseas territories (DOM-TOM), other EU member states, or international destinations.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on a business day are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on French public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery to addresses in Metropolitan France takes 3–5 business days. Delivery to Corsica may take 1–2 additional business days depending on carrier routing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of charge for all orders delivered within Metropolitan France. There is no minimum order value and no handling fee. The price you see at checkout is the total price you will pay.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout, including the correct postcode and any building or apartment details. Narvexa-fr cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Re-shipping costs may be charged for repeated failed delivery attempts caused by the customer's absence or refusal to accept the parcel. If you no longer wish to receive the order after a failed delivery, we will process a refund minus any return shipping costs incurred.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or note the damage on the carrier's delivery slip and contact us within 48 hours at info@narvexa-fr.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
